[Rxtx] Port Locking / JVM Crashing

Hi Trent,

Thank you for your response.  When I tried the latest-and-greatest, I
did compile it by hand as the libraries I'm using depend on the
javax.comm.* package structure and not the gnu.io.*

Does the 'contrib/ChangePackage.sh' script still work for
rxtx-2.1-7r2?  If not, is there some javax.comm pass-through wrapper
for the gnu.io packages?  That's the only think I can think that might
have caused me problems.

Otherwise, I'll try it again and if I still run into problems, I'll
let you know more specifically what problems I have.
