[Rxtx] RXTX cvs access?

Uh, just tried to access cvs again just now, still timing out at cvs  
login...

I've got an unexpected need for RXTX 2.0.x Universal Binary (Mac OS  
X) support.  Any suggestions on where I can access the binaries and/ 
or source?  I'm hoping I'm just being stupid and missing the obvious  
here... please feel free to educate me :-P
