[Rxtx] Serial Port selection GUI?

Hi,

I know this is a little off-topic, but I am interested in looking for a good GUI for dealing with serial port selection and configuration. Given that everyone on this list is dealing with serial ports, I am hoping that you have examples of what you think are good GUIs for doing this. If we come to a general consensus, then maybe providing a standard component that we can all use would be the end result (it could be me or someone else who implements it).
