[Rxtx] port in use exception

Hi,
Wasn't this sorted in the trunk build, which is to be released as
rxtx-2.0-8? If remember rightly it was to do with the fact the
MacOS X used IOKit instead of lock files. Also the folder that
lock files would be stored in on MacOS X doesn't exist by default,
so confusing the RXTX.
