[Rxtx] hello

Problem i:I am trying to unzip rxtx-2.1-7r2. Bt i am able to do so. I am
using winzip. os:windows xp3,vista
Problem ii: Please direct me with simple steps, how to install rxtx and use
to transmit a binary data over serial port.
