[Rxtx] [rxtx] disconnect event

Hi,

 

Is the UART disconnect event implemented in rxtx-2.1-7r2? If not, can
anyone share the port communication recovery mechanism? I tried to close
the port after the connection is lost. However, I got port in use
exception when I try to reopen the same port the next time.  I do not
use any event listener. The communication is very simple. Everything is
synchronized. It does not send any message until it receives message.
