[Rxtx] Setting custom baud rates on Mac OS X

Hi,

I realised that RXTX has support for setting custom baud rates on Linux and
Win32, but not on Mac OS X. I added code to do this a while back, and
submitted a small patch against 2.2pre2 on the bug tracker.

I was wondering if there's any chance of this patch getting merged, as I
believe it's useful especially in MIDI applications on the Mac.
