[Rxtx] NRJavaSerial now supporting OSX 10.7 (Lion)

Is it for Lion only? On Mac OS X 10.6.8, Java 1.6.0_31-b04-413-10M3623, I get:

	Normal lib failed, using legacy..OK!

And it crashes on close.
