[Rxtx] Baud rate problem

Thanks for the info, Trent.  When I dropped back to 2.1-7 everything 
works fine on linux.  So I'm trying a combination of that for linux, and 
the newer libraries for Windows and Chris Bartley's mods for MacOS.  
We'll see how it all holds together!
