[Rxtx] rxtx on linux 64 bit

Hello All,

I tried to run rxtx on linux but have not been able to proceed ahead.

I placed the jars  under jre/lib/ext and librxtxSerial.so
under jre/lib/amd64. I used the so file under x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
folder.


It is still erroring out at SerialConnection.java at open method.


I am using RxTx 2.1.7
